Crocs Cares is on a mission to provide durable, comfortable shoes to people around the world. Since 2007, Crocs Cares has donated over 3 million pairs of shoes in more than 40 countries to people that need help. Our team has also donated to active duty military and veterans, victims of natural disasters, and even people who just want to make a difference in their community. This year, we focused our efforts on the disaster that hit in our own backyard.
In September, massive flooding across Colorado destroyed thousands of homes, including those of some our own employees. Crocs Cares decided to not only donate boots to evacuees in need, but to raise money, volunteer, and help put Colorado back together.
Crocs employees spent 100 hours plus volunteering in the field, cleaning up the debris and clearing the roads. Crocs Cares also raised about 40,000 dollars for relief efforts through a special sale on Crocs.com and employee donations.
Crocs has also partnered with Soles for Souls, an organization that allows anyone to recycle Crocs they aren’t wearing anymore and give them to those in need. There are stores all over the country that accept donations, and if you are interested, you can find the one closest to you here (hyperlinked) donate your Crocs
