In 2002, Crocs was established in Boulder, Colorado and today, with more than 4,500 employees in 90 countries, we still hold tight to our heritage and Colorado roots. Against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, and in every office and retail location around the world, we aim to uphold Crocs’ mission of bringing profound comfort, fun, color and innovation to the world’s feet.

With headquarters in one of the healthiest states in the United States, we value the importance of having fun where you work and leading a healthy lifestyle. To help employees achieve this balance, we offer instructor-led fitness classes and an onsite gym. We also have a flexible work schedule through a 9/80 program, which means that, once employees log 80 hours in nine business days, we encourage them to take a day off to go hiking, spend time with family or just sleep in! We also host all-employee “Ice Cream Thursdays” and monthly cocktail hours to encourage a culture of camaraderie and fun.

Our employees are passionate and ambitious. We believe that it’s our responsibility to maximize this passion and ambition to help employees grow and learn. It’s also our responsibility to supply the tools employees need to be experts in their fields. One of the ways we accomplish this is through executive lunch and learns. These come to life through monthly lunches during which one of our executives meets with a small group of employees to share best practices and business updates. Employees have an opportunity to ask questions, offer recommendations and collaborate with each other and company leadership as part of these lunches. We’re also proud to offer our Crocs Leadership University, which is an internal leadership development program that provides employees access to courses such as “Leading with a Global Mindset” and “Leading Strategic Change.”
