We also have a flexible work schedule through a 9/80 program, which means that, once employees log 80 hours in nine business days, we encourage them to take a day off to go hiking, spend time with family or just sleep in! We also host all-employee “Ice Cream Thursdays” and monthly cocktail hours to encourage a culture of camaraderie and fun.
Beers & Brainstorms
Crocs knows how important fresh ideas are. Periodically, we collaborate with employees from several departments to come up with possible concepts for marketing campaigns. During the brainstorm session, beers are provided as a perk to loosen up creative minds allow ideas to extend ‘outside the box’.
