What size of Crocs™ shoes should I purchase?

Order the closest available size to your usual shoe size. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend ordering the next largest full size.

When can I expect my return refund?

All credits are issued after our warehouse has received and inspected your returned goods. If your goods are in re-sellable condition, you will see your refund in 1 to 2 billing cycles. If you have any questions about your return, please contact one of our team members at: 1-866-306-3179.

Can I change or cancel an order I’ve already placed?

Can I exchange something I received as a gift?

What is the warranty on your products?

All of Crocs products are under warranty for up to 90 days after your purchase. Please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-866-306-3179 and one of our representatives will be happy assist you with additional questions about your warranty.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 48 hours of the date your order was placed.

Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the order tracking information. Your crocs.com account also will be updated with your tracking information.

What shipping options do you offer?

For your convenience, we offer four different shipping options: Economy Ground, Standard Ground, 2-Day Express, and Overnight Standard.

  • Economy Delivery
    May take 10 or more business days to be delivered via USPS within the continental U.S. Economy Shipping is not available for DPO addresses. Only method available for P.O. Boxes, U.S territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. ($2.99)
  • Ground Delivery
    May take 5-7 business days to be delivered within the continental U.S. Delivery only available Monday through Friday. Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, DPO, APO or FPO addresses. ($4.99)
  • FedEx 2 Day Express
    You will receive your order within 2 business days following a 24 hour processing period. Delivery only available Monday through Friday. Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, DPO, APO or FPO addresses. (Starting at $15.00)
  • FedEx Overnight Standard
    You will receive your order within 1 business day following a 24 hour processing period. Delivery only available Monday through Friday. Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, DPO, APO or FPO addresses. (Starting at $22.00)

Can I return merchandise I’ve purchased?

We want you to look good and feel good every time you shop with Crocs. If you’re not completely satisfied with a Crocs item, we’ll gladly take it back in its original, unworn condition with the receipt and within 45 days of shipment arrival.

How do I care for my Crocs?

Caring for your Crocs is easy. To keep your Crocs in good condition, you will want to avoid long-term exposure to heat or sun, such as a dish washer, washing machine, or hot car, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp.

You can keep your classic Crocs clean by hand washing them with cold water and a mild soap.

If you have metallic leather Crocs, clean gently with a soft rubber sponge or slightly damp rag. Use a leather cream to restore shine and a protector spray to repel water.

If your Crocs are made with smooth napa leather, remove dust and dirt with a damp rag. Use a cotton brush to apply a natural waxy shoe cream or wax. Apply slowly in a spiral manner.

Patent leather Crocs can be gently wiped with a clean damp cloth or you can use a professional product which had been designed to clean patent leather. Never use harsh chemicals such as alcohol, detergent or liquid, as they will remove the shine and luster from your shoes.

For wedges and heel material, a damp cloth should remove most dust and dirt. Avoid solvent cleaners whenever possible as these may destroy the glue used to bond the sole.

For suede and lambswool Crocs, clean upper gently with soft wire or plastic brush, and spray with impregnation spray for water repellence.

Leather Crocs can be cleaned gently with a damp rag or brush. Apply waxy shoe cream and polish with soft brush, cotton or wool rag to restore luster.

For elastic/stretch material, gently clean with a damp rag or soft rubber.

Can I buy replacement rivets?

You can purchase rivet replacements for both adult-size clogs and kid-size clogs at Crocs.com. Rivet packages include four replacement rivets and feature Duke – our Crocs-loving mascot. They connect easily and securely – once connected they won’t come apart.

To replace your rivets:

  1. Remove the broken rivet from your Crocs™ clog.
  2. Insert the prong end through the inside of the shoe and strap.
  3. Snap on the outer piece, then slip on your clogs and go!

Do you replace straps?

We do not currently replace broken straps. However, we do offer a 45-day warranty on our products with proof of purchase.
