Yesterday, a story on people.com mentioned Nina Garcia’s opinion of Crocs shoes. We know many of you do not share Nina’s opinion and love Crocs shoes. And, we think Nina will too once she checks out our more than 250 styles – including heels! In fact, we have a package in the mail to her with some of our new styles as we speak. In the meantime, to thank all of you for your loyalty, we are offering a special 24-hour deal on Crocs.com. Just use the code “marieclaire” when checking out at Crocs.com between now and midnight (EST) on December 22 to get 20% off your purchase!

[...] Crocs blog post. Since the only information out there was the People.com article, we needed to post our side of the story. [...]
My husband loves Crocs, but the pair I bought for Christmas does not fit. I bought a 12 as 11 was not available. that was okay, but the vamp is too tight. Cannot get his foot into the croc.
Sadly, you have no shoes in stock. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to buy your product but nothing in stock. Nothing. This is my first (and last) attempt at using your product. It’s a shame too; I was really looking forward to trying them out. I’ve been wearing Rockports for years and looks like I’ll continue to do so.
Perhaps you should demonstrate the same amount of interest in your faithful customers as you do in fashionista Nina Garcia. BTW/she is not likely to change her opinion of Crocs no matter how many free pairs you send her.
For your regular, actual customers, it is difficult if next to impossible to order what they really want from your inefficient, to say the least, website.
Issues: Product unavailability of your most popular winter clogs,Crocs RX Ortho cloud socks (Texas/tropical) seem to have disappeared altogether.
You have desirable products, however the Nina Garcia’s of this world was never and will never be your target consumer. How about making it easier for your customers to find and purchase your products. Isn’t that what smart companies do?
