A diverse group of local, national and international organizations have recognized Crocs and its leadership with a number of awards and accolades over the past several years. Recent awards include:
Dale Bathum, Crocs’ chief product officer, was awarded the Gold Stevie for Product Development/Management Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards. Bathum was awarded the Gold Stevie for Product Development/Management Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards for his achievements in product diversification and innovation
Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) named Crocs Innovative Company of the Year during the annual CGT Consumer Goods Growth & Innovation Forum. Crocs was recognized by CGT due in large part to the successful launch of several new lines, including its Huarache collection and Crocs™ Golf with Hank Haney golf shoes. Beyond the introduction of new products, the company leveraged its core value of innovation to drive new consumer marketing campaigns and update its website and mobile shopping capabilities.
Crocs was presented with two Silver Stevie® Awards at the 11th Annual American Business Awards. Crocs was honored with Silver Stevies for Company of the Year – Consumer Products – Durables and Dan Hart received the award for Human Resources Executive of the Year.
Crocs was selected as an American Masters of Taste “Superior Quality” Gold Medal Seal winner by Chefs In America for the Crocs @ Work™ line. The collection was a winner in the “Comfort Work Shoe” category for the following Crocs @ Work™ products: Bistro, Bistro Vent, Mario Batali Bistro, Mario Batali Bistro Vent, Mercy Work and Neria Work.
Crocs’ chief operating officer Scott Crutchfield was named one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s “Pros to Know” Award winners. Supply & Demand Chain Executive is an international business-to-business publication that addresses supply chain-related issues and challenges, and recognizes industry leaders with an annual “Pros to Know” award.
Crocs was named the Comfort/Wellness Footwear Brand of the Year at the second annual UK Footwear Industry Awards. The Footwear Industry Awards seek to recognize those in the footwear industry who display innovation and forward thinking, alongside traditional sales and business acumen.
For its commitment to providing fun, comfortable and colorful footwear styles for kids, Crocs was recognized as a finalist in the Children’s Footwear Brand of the Year category at the UK Footwear Industry Awards.
American Business Awards – Stevie Award
Crocs’ management team was awarded a silver Stevie Award at the 10th annual American Business Awards. The management team was recognized in the management team of the year category.
Boulder County Business Report IQ Awards
Crocs’ color-changing shoes, called Crocs Chameleons, were recognized with a Boulder County Business Report IQ Award in the Natural/Green/Outdoor category. The IQ Awards recognize excellence in innovation.
ColoradoBiz CEO of the Year Award (finalist)
Crocs CEO John McCarvel was recognized as a finalist for the ColoradoBiz CEO of the Year award, which recognizes Colorado’s leading CEOs.
ColoradoBiz Top Company Award
Crocs was named Colorado’s Top Company in the Consumer Business category by ColoradoBiz Magazine. The annual list recognizes exceptional Colorado-based companies for their financial performance, community involvement and outstanding achievement in areas such as product innovation, marketing or operational excellence.
Denver Business Journal Power Book Award
The Denver Business Journal named Crocs CEO John McCarvel to its Power Book in the Retail and Product Manufacturing category. The annual Power Book recognizes one leader in each of several categories for his or her business accomplishments.
National Retail Federation Innovator of the Year Award
The National Retail Federation recognized Crocs as Innovator of the Year for its sustainability practices, community giving and brand evolution.
American Business Awards – Stevie Award
John McCarvel, Crocs’ CEO, was awarded the Stevie Award for turnaround executive of the year at the 9th annual American Business Awards. The award recognizes exceptional leadership during an organization’s turnaround/restructuring.
Denver Business Journal Partners In Philanthropy (finalist)
Crocs was a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s Partners in Philanthropy award in the large business category. The award recognizes Colorado-based companies for their philanthropic commitment and integration of charitable commitments into corporate culture.
