Unit Picking /Packing Supervisor ( 1st Shift – 6 :00 am start time)
Unit picking/packing Supervisor position is detail oriented, extremely organized and can take initiative while maintaining operational excellence within the department. This position requires the ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment. Strong distribution background in a high volume, high growth shipping environment required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Oversees daily picking orders for retail, wholesale and internet customer to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of order
- Must be professional, resourceful, flexible, team oriented and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have good computer skills & have knowledge of department procedures
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System is a plus
- Experience using radio frequency
- Continually inform Department manager of potential problems and changes
- Ensure daily demand is met
- Focus on quality assurance
- Organize and maintain warehouse environment
- Make recommendations on policies and procedures of the warehouse
- § Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

- Previous experience utilizing Warehouse management shipping systems
- Previous experience working with parcel carriers for loading
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

- Strong supervisory and managerial skills
Education/Experience
- ¨ High School Diploma; some college coursework a plus
- ¨ 3 - 5 years experience
- ¨ Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- ¨ Previous use of barcode applications, WMS systems
- ¨ Bi lingual
